The T&Cs are current as at 1 January 2023 but are subject to change at any time without notice.

By completing an application and being accepted as a VACC EVREADY, you and your business are committing to continually abide by the following T&Cs.

Background

VACC EVREADY is achieved by the participant business declaring that their business meets a set of criteria agreed to by the VACC Board and based on the published five (5) pillars of accreditation.

Participants must apply to become a VACC EVREADY by completing a self-audit of their business in line with the accreditation standards and provide statements and evidence of compliance. A step-by-step online audit that is available on the VACC EVREADY portal must be completed by an authorised person on behalf of the business.

By participating in VACC EVREADY your business is entering into an agreement that grants to your business a nonrefundable, non-transferrable, non-exclusive right to use the VACC EVREADY logo in the promotion of your business.

The term of the Agreement is for a period of 12 months, corresponding with the financial year. VACC EVREADY renewable for further 12 month periods on completion of the self-audit process prior to 30 June of each year. Your right to promote your business as a VACC EVREADY is conditional on the strict compliance with the T&Cs, the completion of the annual training module, the continuing meeting with the accreditation standards, and paying the annual fees. If at any time during the Agreement, your business fail to comply with the T&Cs and/or fail to pay the Annual EVREADY fee the status of your business as a VACC EVREADY may be suspended or cancelled.
